All orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping (excluding remote areas).
Due to commercial agreements with couriers, please confirm postage with us if you live in remote areas.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Despite the fact it is not compulsory to Create an Account with Aloak to make a purchase, we sincerely advise doing so. There are some benefits of having account including faster ordering process, sorted address details, Wish List for future shopping, convenient tracking centre and many other perks with pretty much no downsides. Please, make sure you input the correct delivery address
We cannot emphasise the importance of double-checking of the delivery address more! The wrong or incomplete address is Number One reason for Delivery Delays and even Missing Orders. So please, spend an extra minute to reassess the destination point and make sure that there is no confusion between delivery address and billing address.
Note that we are not liable for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete Delivery Information provided by the customer and therefore do not give a Full REFUND.
Change the Delivery Address
In the case when it is necessary to make any adjustments or corrections to your address, please, contact our support team: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing the order, and we will be happy to assist with it.
Note that is the parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes or stop the process. Once it shipped, it is heading straight where you wanted it to go.

However, Mobile Number can be handy in case there are any issues with the address at the final delivery stage. Moreover, as you may notice, Australian Post implemented the service of sending notifications about arriving items, so you will know when it is ready to be delivered.
