All of our locally stored products typically arrive in just 2-5 Business days depending on your locations.

Good question. This is the same question I will ask myself before I make a purchase from a new website. We are an Australian company based on Brisbane. Our stocks are locally stored and you are covered by the Australian Consumer Law.

 

A lot of our products are unique in Australia and we aim to deliver the best customer service we can.

 

  1. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

No, at the current point in time we are only shipping to customers within Australia.

 

  1. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, we will not refund the item unless it arrived damaged, deformed or significantly different to what was described or pictured on our website.

 

  1. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?

Yes! Please email us at Sales@aloak.com.au within 4 hours of when you placed the order if you require any changes (including store credits).

 

  1. WHAT IF MY ITEM NEVER ARRIVES/ IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Send us an email on Sales@aloak.com.au with the information regarding the damaged item, including a video and/or photo demonstrating what is happening. A soon as we receive it our team will verify and get back to you as soon as possible.

 

  1. DOES MY PRODUCT HAVE WARRANTY?

Yes. All our products have a one-year manufacture warranty from the moment you receive them. If an issue occurs, please send us an email at sales@aloak.com.au with the invoice provided in your order confirmation and describe your item issue. We will verify your item, and if proof faulty due to a manufacturing defect, our team will fix it or send a replacement according to your case.

  1. HOW LONG TAKES TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Depending on the payment method, this can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. If you have any doubts about receiving your refund, you can send us an email on Sales@aloak.com.au with the order number or also check with the bank or company used for the payment.

 

  1. I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order can, sometimes, be sent in separate packages. You may receive one item before the next, so don't worry, they are on the way!

 

  1. WHERE'S MY ORDER / HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email or txt confirming your order placement and another email or txt with the tracking information when the order is processed and shipped to you. If you don't receive these emails, please contact us with your order number/email used on the purchase or full name, so we can check it and provide you with the tracking information.
